Even if your company stinks at it, you have the opportunity to make a meeting better. It doesn’t matter if you are a participant or the person running the meeting.
I have A LOT of experience with meetings. A large portion of what I do as a consultant is facilitate meetings. I work with teams to establish metrics and actionable plans.
